Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt unseren Berliner Standort in der Bismarckstraße mit ca. 8 Stunden pro Woche. Deine Aufgaben umfassen im Wesentlichen:

Bearbeitung von internen Technikanfragen
Terminabstimmung mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern und deren Beaufsichtigung
Verwaltung von Büromaterial und Ähnlichem
Postbearbeitung und -annahme
Besucherempfang und Gästebewirtung

Was Du mitbringen solltest

Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen?
Du bist kommunikativ, legst Wert auf Qualität und Verlässlichkeit in deinen Aufgaben?
Du bist flexibel in der Verteilung deiner Arbeitszeit pro Woche?
Du beherrschst einschlägige Tools im Officemanagement (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)?
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und idealerweise gutes Englisch?
