  • You develop and implement a benchmark-based telesales performance management system (incl. KPIs).
  • You are responsible for the management and monitoring of external sales partners, ensuring regular feedback through reports and review meetings.
  • You are responsible for the conception, implementation and coordination of sales and retention measures, as well as reporting to the team and executive management.   
  • You recruit new sales staff and partners and build a strong branch within the sales unit.  
  • You analyze and implement measures to strengthen and improve sales processes.

  • You have successfully completed your commercial training and have several years of professional experience in channel telesales in the area of customer acquisition (outbound), inbound and regarding churn & retention measures.
  • You are familiar with acquisition, churn & retention issues in the telesales/customer support area of an energy supplier.
  • You have experience in project management and project leadership.
  • You have basic knowledge of energy & competition law.
  • You convince with a high result and customer orientation.
  • You are a real team player and have strong communication skills.
  • You have very good MS Office skills as well as power cloud skills.
  • Business-fluent spoken and written German and good spoken and written English skills complete your profile.
