  • You drive the development of company regulations e.g. directives or company agreements and align these with diverse external and internal stakeholders (e.g. leadership team and works council) and make sure they are properly communicated.
  • You negotiate service agreements with 3rd parties.

  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of psychology, HR, economics or social sciences.
  • You can look back on longstanding work experience in HR, especially in the field of People Development.
  • You have experience in managing projects (incl. planning, budgeting, implementation,

  • Personally, you are characterized by a can-do mentality, a structured way of working, decision making strength as well as the ability to solve problems. You proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources.
