Internal corporate communications are regarded as a central management tool, an important element of corporate culture at Q-Cells as well as one of the key enablers of transparency, identification and engagement of the leadership team and staff. 

  • You are responsible for developing and steering corporate communications for our main stakeholders such as leadership teams, employees, and subsidiaries.
  • You will create concepts for leadership communications, employee communications as well as intercultural communications and steer their implementation.
  • You are responsible for all editorial contents, layouts and publishing internal tools, such as newsletters, webzines, magazines, and intranet.
  • You plan, organize, host and moderate internal events for our leaders and employees, such as regular leadership meetings, townhalls or company parties.
  • You will install and manage a regular alignment and reporting scheme with subsidiaries and the mother company in Korea.
Combines passion with know-how - your profile:
  • You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on corporate communication, PR, journalism, marketing, business administration or something comparable.
  • You have more than 5 years of relevant experience in corporate internal communications from within a company or a communications agency, preferably in an international environment.
  • You are experienced in the use of software programs such as MS Office Suite, design software like Adobe Suite as well as content management programs like Typo 3 or something similar.
  • You have strong editorial, journalistic, moderation and presentation skills.
  • You have a business fluent language knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken. Other languages such as French or Spanish are a plus.
