Your future tasks
- Determine how our users can reach their goals even more easily and find real added value
- Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to make feasible recommendations and decisions
- Design, conduct and analyse user tests including documentation
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations in reports, presentations, or workshops
- Support internal projects along the customer journey by designing user-centric business strategies, digital products or services
- Proactively evolve our research and testing strategies, tools, and methods to sustainably improve user experience and usability
Your profile
- 2+ years of professional experience in UX or comparable, e.g. e-commerce, UI design, customer relationship management or market research
- Completed degree with a focus on business (e.g., BWL, VWL), psychology / business psychology, media informatics, communication sciences, user research design, or a comparable industry-specific education and relevant practical experience
- Experience in applying common user research methods (qualitative & quantitative), design thinking
- Experience in planning and conducting usability and user tests with UsabilityHub, UserTesting or other similar tools
- A high degree of empathy, creativity, as well as a solution-oriented way of working
- Strong command of German and English
