- You are responsible for technical customer support for all PV system components with a focus on energy storage, solar inverters, home energy management systems, substructures and solar modules. Including the handling of technical service inquiries and complaints in German and English via email, phone, live chat or visits.
- You are responsible for the documentation of customer service and its various processes, both internally and externally. This includes from internal work instructions and process flows to installation manuals or FAQ's.
- You support the commissioning and parameterization of system components.
- You are in close contact with component manufacturers, sales departments (incl. Order Management), Product Management (PTI), Global QM, 3rd party service providers and logistics department.

- You have successfully completed your training in the technical or electrotechnical field and gained experience as a service technician in the field of electrical engineering.
- You have knowledge in planning, maintenance, repair and monitoring of photovoltaic and able to work in heights.
- You are highly customer orientated and a team player.
- You have excellent communication skills and work in a solution-oriented manner.
- You have very good MS Office skills and are good in working with SAP.
- You are willing to travel in Germany and abroad.
- Your very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
